Governing Board of Editors of the American Biographical Institute, lnc selected Prof. Dr. Sultan Muhammad Razzak, Member Advisory Council Mooreland University / Director Coordination Mooreland University /Director General, Mooreland University Management Consultant’s Syndicate for Culture, Peace, Education and Socio. Economics Development (Bangladesh Chapter) for the prestigious title "MAN OF THE YEAR¬2005". The institute's International Board of Research nominated him for his overall accomplishments and contribution to society.

Sultan Muhammad Razzak (1959) obtained a Masters in Bengali Literature from the University of Dhaka (Bangladesh) and two Doctorate degrees in Sociology and Cultural Communication in Development and in the Mass Media. He has also been awarded an Honorary Doctorate for his exemplary contribution to the protection of cultural rights and the promotion of peace, religious rights and the rights of indigenous people, human rights, democracy and communal harmony. Presently he is UNESCO Fellow on UNESCO Expert Leader (de Animador UNESCO).

He has written and directed more than twenty plays for theater, over a thousand songs and numerous articles and presented papers in different conferences and Universities on various aspects of development and its relationship with culture. He has investigated the serious situation facing the country's poor children, focusing on the psychological state of children in impoverished families and children workers in Bangladesh and has conducted studies observing the culture and tribal lifestyle. He also conducted observing study on sexual behavior in the both side border regions. In 1997, he introduced the monthly electronic newsletter KRISHTI KATHA (Talking about Culture) and VOLUNTEER and disseminate 10,000 addresses worldwide. He is founding member of the Graam Theater(the people's theatre) and has started up theatrical and cultural movement for development with grass-roots non-profit organizations of Bangladesh. He faced the open audience of 141 questions session on cultural issues in the World Cultural Forum-Barcelona-2004.

He is involved as Steering Committee member of INCD, Advisor of World Culture Open (WCO), Member Advisory Council Mooreland University / Director Coordination Mooreland University /Director General, Mooreland University Management Consultant’s Syndicate for Culture, Peace, Education and Socio. Economics Development (Bangladesh Chapter) Advisor and visiting Professor of different Universities and members of different global cultural networks.
